The Steinel DualTech DALI-2 Presence Detector offers the best of both worlds by combining ultrasonic and passive infrared (PIR) technology. This ensures that presence is detected reliably, even behind obstacles or in environments with temperature variations. With a 360° detection angle and coverage up to 36 m², this sensor is ideal for professional indoor environments such as classrooms, open-plan offices, and conference rooms. The ultrasonic technology ensures detection in blind spots, while the PIR sensor offers additional detection range, making this detector a versatile solution.

Fully integrated with DALI-2 systems, the sensor enables communication of real-time data to advanced lighting management platforms like LiveLink. It supports master/slave interconnection via the DALI bus, offering scalable installations in larger buildings.
