The Steinel sensIQ S KNX Motion Detector is a high-performance sensor designed for large areas such as building entrances, courtyards, driveways, and parking lots. Its 3 x 100° infrared detection system ensures precise monitoring with a tangential reach of up to 20 metres and a radial reach of 4 metres, covering a wide detection range. This detector also includes mechanical scalability, allowing the range to be adjusted independently in three directions for optimised performance.
This motion detector integrates seamlessly with KNX systems, providing intelligent control over lighting and environmental functions. Features like constant-lighting control, twilight settings, and basic light level functions contribute to energy efficiency and comfort. The sensor is surface-mounted and includes a corner wall mount for flexible installation. Configuration can be handled via ETS software, Smart Remote, or bus control, ensuring ease of use in professional building automation projects.
