The GVS KNX Universal Dimming Actuator with Secure, 2-Fold, 4SU MDRC provides flexible and precise dimming control for a wide range of lighting applications in KNX smart building environments. Each of its two dimming channelssupports up to 300W, with the option to operate them in parallel mode for a combined load of up to 500W, ensuring adaptability to both residential and commercial projects.

Designed for leading and trailing edge phase dimming, the actuator offers smooth, flicker-free lighting control across various lamp types including LED, incandescent, and halogen. The device operates within a 110–230V AC (50–60Hz)range, offering global installation flexibility.

Full KNX functionality includes switching, relative and absolute dimming, scene recall (up to 16 scenes), delay switching, flashing, threshold, forced, and safety functions, allowing users to create dynamic lighting scenes and responsive control systems. Additional features such as manual operation, output indication, central control, and operating hours monitoring provide enhanced convenience and system insight.

Configurable through ETS, the actuator supports six preset dimming curves plus one custom option for optimised performance.
